I have a Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling from the Counselling Foundation, and a Certificate in Psychotherapy and Counselling awarded by Regent's University.
I am recognised by:

I have over 3000 hours experience of face to face and online counselling and in accordance with the BACP requirements, I work with an Accredited Supervisor and participate in regular Continuous Professional Development.
I subscribe to the BACP Code of Ethics.

The way I work:
I work with my clients to develop a trusting snd safe environment where it will feel comfortable to explore and build a better understanding of the presenting difficulties. I will work together with the client will to improve self awareness and find alternative ways to manage these difficulties. My approach will in developing greater emotional awareness, and recognition of the power of emotional connections with others.
I will tailor the sessions to the needs of each client and respect the client's autonomy and comfort when working with their emotions.
I am available for in-person sessions, and can also work online either intermittently for added convenience, or on a regular basis.
